Today was the birthday of one of the gals in another department at work today. We work together on a lot of things so naturally, I wanted to make sure she had a fun cake. Turns out she’s a big time Ultimate player.

The cake was the chocolate cake from the Marshmallow Mud Cake recipe (My Sweet Vegan, Hannah Kaminksy.) I made up a mint chip filling and used a minty buttercream to pipe the details. A couple pics on flickr
