April 1, 2009 at 6:35 pm | In my kitchen | 2 CommentsOne year ago today, my boyfriend I cleared the last of the non-vegan items from the pantry. With the exception of a few things that snuck past our label-reading skills, the kitchen and pantry have been vegan ever since.
Also, a special happy two year veganniversary to Seitan is My Motor, as she is not only a skilled baker and cook but posts each post in two languages. Word.
