baked mini chocolate vegan donuts!

I got mini donut pans on amazon.com. Two pans were purchased when I probably should have purchased four!

Meet my new friend, the mini donut. I pirated the recipe from veganyumyum, and tweaked it by using only 3/4 c flour, adding 1/3 c cocoa powder and an additional 1/4 c soy milk. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes, pop out of the pans, allow to cool, top, enjoy!
